Celebrity Chef Challenge 2011

The EBP Celebrity Chef Challenge is now in it’s Fifth year and it just keeps getting bigger and better!

Next year, the prestigious Hilton Hotel will be using the winning team’s dishes on their “Business Lunch” menu in the Tradewinds Restaurant for one month over the summer of 2011!  This is a really exciting opportunity for students to participate in a challenge where the winners will have to meet the exacting demands of a real life business customer with five star expectations!  Teams will have the opportunity to:

• Participate in highly competitive heats in state of the art kitchens at Highbury College!
• Heat winners will enter on-stage final in public arena at Gunwharf Quays Food Festival!
• A Celebrity Chef will be on hand to chat to the students whilst they prepare their dishes in front of friends, family and members of the general public!
• Winners’ dishes will be on the Business Lunch Menu The Hilton Hotel!
• The Winners will also get a Masterclass in the Spring Term from a local Chef
