“Working with the EBP, you get to share your passion, knowledge and industry experience and give and meet potential employees of the future. We offer work experience in most departments within the hotel and one/two days per week extended work placements which have proved very successful. We also have EBP Business Ambassadors on our staff and get involved in organising career days.

We have employed students who have completed work experience with us and then come back when they have left school. The most satisfying reports are when we hear that students who were thought to leave school with nothing, came to work with us and then settled down, took exams and secured a place at college.
